San Francisco Budget Justice Rally
June 5, 2019

Posted Courtesay of Wright Enterprises Community Spotlight~~

Join us at the steps of City Hall as we Rally in support of a just budget that is inclusive of all vulnerable and marginalized San Franciscans!

Presented by the Budget Justice Coalition and its members, including CASE, the rally will be an interactive event and will feature a performance by the Older Adult Choir! (Funding The Older Adult Choir is one of the budget priorities of CASE’s 2019-2020 Advocacy platform.)

As our voices echo through City Hall, we will move to  the legislative chambers to line up for public comment at the public hearing on the budget.

"There is not another nation that has mass shootings, massacres, and acts of domestic terrorism which the United States has. The person arrested in the massacre in El Paso told police that he wanted to kill Hispanics. The manifesto he posted on social media blamed Hispanics and immigrants for "displacing Whites," an extremely dangerous narrative of White supremacist ideology. The killings of 22 people in El Paso are not just murders of our fellow Americans, but acts of domestic terrorism," says San Francisco Independent Journalist, ANH LÊ.
