Education Scholarship

At SMCU, we believe that higher education is one of the surest ways to achieve financial wellness. That's why we offer two college scholarships each year. This year we've increased the amount to $5,000 each, to help graduating high school seniors cover the high costs of tuition, housing, books, and meals.

Winners will be announced and recognized at SMCU's Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2020.

If you, a friend, or a family member would like to apply for the 2020 scholarship, review the eligibility requirements and fill out the online application at smcu.org/scholarships with your essay (see below).

The deadline for submission is Friday, March 27, 2020. Please share this with anyone who would like to submit an application!
