Today, San Francisco Mayor London N. Breed appointed three new members to the San Francisco School Board. At a ceremony at Galileo High School, Mayor Breed swore in Ann Hsu, Lainie Motamedi, and Lisa Weissman-Ward to fill the vacant positions on the seven-member Board of Education. The seats were vacated after the successful recall vote that took place on February 15.
