Focusing on housing, Kramer and the Hewlett Foundation indicate it could best serve the needs of the people of this region by making a $7.5 million core operating support grant to the San Francisco Foundation. This decision came as the result of Kramer’s own listening tour. The $7.5 mil grant was announced a the Commonwealth Club on Tuesday, November 5, 2019.

An energetic cast of ten met by an enthusiastic audience makes for a magical evening at the theater in San Francisco's historic Mission District. It was standing ovations for multicultural theater expert and playwright Carlos Barón's "Death and the Artist" directed by SF BATCO co-founder Marcelo Javier over opening weekend.
