Dear Friends,

This letter comes to invite your participation in the LaHitz@Cannes Film Showcase, May 17-21, 2008 at the 61st Cannes International Film Festival.   Generate new business while achieving your corporate social responsibilities and diversity goals. The LaHitz Media Film Showcase @ Cannes provides businesses with an exceptional opportunity to market their company, generate brand recognition and showcase filmmakers and actors from the African Diaspora and other communities.

Sponsorship of the LaHitz@Cannes Film Showcase will allow you to target a broad and diverse audience; increase brand loyalty; support arts and community on an international level.  The showcase opens with the critically acclaimed “Namibia: The Struggle for Liberation” by Charles Burnett starring Danny Glover and Carl Lumbly.

Consider these statistics from Cannes:

•    10,061participants from 91 countries
•    3,797 companies
•    More than 500 exhibitors
•    1,607 buyers
•    550 producers were selected for the Producers Network
•    1,541 screenings, 956 short films screened

All sponsorship commitments and payments should be made by April 4, 2008.

Your company brand and products will be placed at the center of events such as the LaHitz Media Sojourner Truth Awards Ceremony, which recognizes individuals from the entertainment industry for their artistic and humanitarian contributions.
