Celebrities & 'Everyday Stars' Answer LaHitz Call to
"Help Mama Africa Save Her Children"



San Francisco-  International Celebrities and "Everyday Stars" are adding their photos to www.helpmama-africa.com  to help raise awareness and funds for Dr. Claude Moreira's work at Dakar, Senegal's Le Dantec Hospital saving children from cancer. French Journalist, Rachid M'Barki and celebrities Rahmatou Kieta, Eriq Ebouaney, Jimmy Jean-Louis, Shabaka Henley, Danny Glover, Richard Gant, Pablo Alejandro, LOR, Pascal Mpeck, Kerry James, Perles Lama, Phillipe Monteiro, Fode Baro, Firmine Richard, Diva Kelda Muzik,Larry Batiste, among others have pledged their moral support to "Help Mama Africa." LaHitz@Cannes Film Series held annually during the Cannes International Film Festival features films for, about, and by the African Diaspora and people of color. LaHitz has joined Baobab Motion and Afric' Elance to launch "Help Mama Africa" to assist Dr. Moreira's lifesaving and groundbreaking work.

Mama Africa's Children

French Senegalese fashion designer, Angele de Medeiros, stands with children and next to Dr. Claude Moreira, who is the premiere physician handling cancer cases at Le Dantec Hospital in Dakar, Senegal.  Moreira faces the daunting realities of limited medical supplies and many people's belief that cancer is incurable. Nearly 70 percent of the children that are treated by Dr. Moreira live to tell their victorious story.
