Juneteenth Festival Comedy Explosion Presented By Shelly Tatum

4th Annual SF Juneteenth Festival Comedy Explosion Benefit hosted by Speedy and starring the Winner of the 2011 Bay Area Black Comedy Competition Finals  "Insane Wayne", Sqweeks Morales, Patrick Jaye, Tai Mai Shu (Bradley Lum), Cheryl the Soccer Mom, and special guest hip hop comedienne Suga T appear Friday, June 17 at the African American Art & Culture Complex , Buriel Clay Memorial Theatre.  A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the following  501 C3 organizations;  Together, United, Recommitted, Forever (T.U.R.F), African American Art & Culture Complex, , SF Junteenth Committee, Inc.  For tickets and more information visit www.airbornetickets.com or http://www.aaacc.org

Breed joined State Senator Scott Wiener to announce legislation to combat fencing, the sale of stolen goods on City streets. Authored by Senator Wiener and sponsored by Mayor Breed, Senate Bill 925 (SB 925) would allow San Francisco to create permitting requirements to regulate the sale of items commonly obtained through retail theft and impose criminal penalties for those who engage in this practice.
