CALIFORNIA STATEWIDE

INTERFAITH CONFERENCE AND EXPOSITION

The date and place have been set for the statewide Interfaith Conference and Exposition.  This first annual interfaith conference will be held at the Double Tree Inn [916.929.8855] in Sacramento , on Tuesday, October 16 and Wednesday, October 17, 2012. There are 440 rooms available at this hotel. Other hotels are nearby.

There will be 12 sessions available to attendees. Prospective titles include:

Sex Slavery in California                                           Homelessness Still

     Drugs Are Killing Us!                                                 Single Parent Families

     Strengthening Interfaith                                            Hate Crimes Among Us

            Our Environment                                                A Place For Organized Religion

         Emergency! Emergency!                               Respect In An Age Of Disrespect

  When We Disagree                                                  Helping The Suffering

Four Sessions Each Morning - Four Sessions Tuesday P.M. Only

Moderator and four panelists will direct/lead the sessions
Keynote Address First Morning

Early registration allows for a fee of $100 per person. That cost will increase as the calendar moves closer to the conference and exposition. Please mail checks to ICGS, 2212 K Street , Sacramento , CA 95816 .

If you wish to be an exhibitor (only 40 spaces available) each table/booth cost is $150 for early registrations. ICGS maintains the right to approve all exhibitors.

A Monday night welcome and gathering will take place in area houses of worship where Sacramento leaders will host their peers coming into town from other areas. Information on that welcome and gathering will flow through individual church channels. The conference will end at 2pm on the second day.

The center for sharing and conversation, at the hotel, will allow a place for notes, business cards and other contact information to be made available to all.
