The Arts and Healing?

Find out if the Arts can bring healing, as Family Services Agency of San Francisco hosts "FSA Night at the Lorraine Hansberry Theatre."  FSA COO, Al Gilbert arranged to have a special evening that will include a discussion after "Blue/Orange."  Family Services Agency of San Francisco has a unique program that is a national model called PREP. Prevention and Recovery in Early Psychosis (PREP) is a breakthrough community partnership program for early intervention and treatment of psychosis and schizophrenia. It works.  PREP has been featured on national public television.

"Blue/Orange," is it art imitating life or could it be life imitating art?  The colliding of the arts and life at FSA Theater Night is sure to bring healing.  FSA invites everyone to join them especially those in the medical field.  There is sure to be some "ah-hah" moments for all, especially for anyone who has ever encountered an institution, whether medical or not.

"Blue/Orange" starring TV, film and stage celebrity Carl Lumbly closes March 18th.  Join FSA on Wednesday, March 14 for an incredible discounted price of $29 (tickets regularly $43).  Use the code FSA when calling the box office 415 474-8800 or purchasing tickets on line.
