San Francisco- Tying in the accomplishments of 2012 Summer Olympics' Gold Medal Hero, Gabby Douglas, San Francisco Mayor Edwin Lee on Tuesday, emphasized the necessity of giving opportunity to young people as he stated "We will not be implementing the "Stop and Frisk" program or variations of that."

 

"We love our kids.  We love our families....We have to step it up...We created 5,000 new jobs this summer.  You can't give jobs to dead kids!  We are going to interrupt the patterns we see, " said Mayor Lee.
