AWARD-WINNING ANTHOLOGY
"GUMBO FOR THE SOUL: WOMEN OF HONOR"
INITIATES SECOND PRINT RUN IN OBSERVANCE OF
2012 BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

Compiled by San Francisco Bay Area native Beverly Black Johnson "Gumbo for the Soul: Women of Honor" [Special Pink Edition] is an assemblage of savory literary offerings honoring women and supporting the fight against breast cancer. In 2010, Synthia SAINT JAMES, Dr. Julia Hare, Lorraine Elzia, Shelia M. Goss, Bruce George, Sharon Stinson Gray and many other individuals of prominence contributed to successfully bringing the award-winning anthology to fruition. Proceeds from the book's first release benefited Sister's Network Inc., San Francisco Chapter (a national African American breast cancer survivorship organization). Gumbo for the Soul International has initiated a second print run for the highly-regarded book.

NATIONWIDE - Gumbo for the Soul International is excited to announce the second print run of Gumbo for the Soul: Women of Honor [Special Pink Edition], the third of four award-winning anthologies in the series. The non-profit entity donates proceeds from each anthology title to non-profit educational and humanitarian organizations. The Gumbo for the Soul: Women of Honor [Special Pink Edition] second print run will benefit the continued efforts of the Gumbo for the Soul Literacy Program, established by Johnson to give away books and organize community awareness events. The sensational anthology may be purchased online ($11.95) via Gumbo for the Soul Publications' website www.gumboforthesoul.com/11.html.
