San Francisco Interfaith 15th Annual Thanksgiving Breakfast

Dear Friend and Colleague,

 

It's time again for our annual breakfast to honor and thank congregations for their work in our communities. This year our theme is environmental achievement.

 

Please join the  

San Francisco Interfaith Council for the  

15th Annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Prayer Breakfast

 

"Going Green: Honoring Congregations and California Interfaith

Power & Light for Their Environmental Leadership"

 

Tuesday, November 20, 2012 

7:00 - 9:00 a.m.

Hotel Kabuki, 1625 Post Street  

at Laguna, San Francisco

 

 

ENVIRONMENTAL GOOD WORKS:   

What has your congregation done? Lighting retrofit, solar, youth activities, gardens? Whatever it may be, email a short description togreg@interfaithpower.org and we will include it in our program booklet.

 

- TABLE SPONSOR: $500 for 10 tickets.

- SUSTAINING SPONSOR: $250 for 4 tickets.

- BUY INDIVIDUAL TICKETS: Tickets are $50 per person.

BRING: Nonperishable food items to fill the SF Food Bank barrels at the breakfast.

Breed joined State Senator Scott Wiener to announce legislation to combat fencing, the sale of stolen goods on City streets. Authored by Senator Wiener and sponsored by Mayor Breed, Senate Bill 925 (SB 925) would allow San Francisco to create permitting requirements to regulate the sale of items commonly obtained through retail theft and impose criminal penalties for those who engage in this practice.
