May 15, 2013

Dear Friends,

Come to the Throne of God not Church as you have known it. Let's worship together and get from God what we need without any distractions. It may be Restoration, Healing from church hurt or physical sickness, Peace, Wisdom, Strength, Refreshing Renewal of Relationship & Passion for God and ministry, Refocusing & Direction, or just to get your Joy back!

Throne Thursday will not include all of the regular church formalities. This service will not make any preferential allowances for anyone i.e. special seating, or recognitions. Come sit wherever you want, run or lay at the altar. There are no announcements. This service is just praise & worship that will create an atmosphere of power, deliverance, and access to the Throne of God!

The focus and mission of having this kind of service is to strengthen those who make up the body of Christ because there are a lot of us who are hurting, weary and distrusting right now. Please note, Throne Thursday service is not about gaining or taking anyone from their church or prior commitments to ministry in other ministries.

A special note to Pastors and Leaders: As pastors and leaders our role is one of selflessness. We give day in and day out to others unto God. However, you must remember that you are human. I know that you constantly prepare a WORD, Pray and Intercede for those you lead but remember you need a WORD from God for yourself; You need to pray for yourself; You need refreshing, renewal, and strength for yourself. Throne Thursday presents the opportunity for you to remove your pastorial or leadership posture and to come as you are as man or woman to corporately worship with others without having to serve anyone. Amen!

Throne Thursday is every Thursday from 7sharp-8pm @ 5221 Central Ave. Richmond, CA (El Cerrito area)
Sponsored by:Common Ground Christian Network Council and iExpect Ministries.
