SAN FRANCISCO-It is with deep sorrow that we note the passing of Marc Paquette, a long time member of the Lorraine Hansberry Theatre, who worked for years with the founders, Quentin Easter and Stanley Williams, who died within months of each other in 2010. The popular Holiday Season productions of Langston's Hughes' Black Nativity and other holiday musicals have been a mainstay for the Lorraine Hansberry Theatre. "Marc" with his handlebar mustache was a strong advocate for the Lorraine Hansberry Theater and he was virtually a one-man show putting together current Artistic Director Steven Anthony Jones' vision of the holiday musical "Rejoice" last year. Marc's mark will surely be on this year's run as the Lorraine Hansberry Theatre will remember him. Pay tribute to Marc and the on-going work of the Lorraine Hansberry Theatre by making a year-end tax-deductible donation.
