Sent courtesy of Dr. Maxine Hickman and the San Francisco National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Wright Enterprises is pleased to post affordable housing opportunities from Supervisor Malia Cohen of District 10.

Below you will find information about 59 affordable rental units available in May at the Shipyard. Applications are due and will not be accepted after February 23rd at 5:00pm   

 

Credit Counseling Services and application assistance is available at San Francisco Housing Development Corporation through the District 10 Financial Empowerment Center. SFHDC is located at 4439 Third Street or by phone at  415.822.1022

Authored by Senator Wiener and sponsored by Mayor Breed, Senate Bill 925 (SB 925) would allow San Francisco to create permitting requirements to regulate the sale of items commonly obtained through retail theft and impose criminal penalties for those who engage in this practice.
