Condolences "Sweet Prince" Musical Genius, Plus New Film New Hope
April 21, 2016

Jackie Wright of Wright Enterprises posts two Facebook notes....The passing of Prince April 21, 2016, just a few days after being hospitalized for flu is heartbreaking news.  Wright also makes note of hope for change as Jeff Adachi's "Racial Facial" is a short film that hopefully will be in the San Francisco Black Film Festival, June 16-19 as it sparks America to have dialogue about implicit bias and racism.

Just now

Heard the sounds of Prince in my household as my daughter grew up...not always in agreement with the lyrics...but recognized the musical and marketing genius. At 57 Prince is gone too soon... Heartbreaks with my daughter, other fans, family and friends of Prince... Purple Rain of Tears are flowing....

Singer was briefly hospitalized on April 15.

JeffAdachi's "Racial Facial" is powerful. He's using media to counter some of the many negative images implanted by media that create racism. Great work, Jeff! Look forward to seeing it again @ San Francisco Black Film Festival, June 16-19.
