UCSF Center for Vision Neuroscience: Upcoming Construction Activities in May
Construction Update
Construction activity will be focused on the building's concrete structure with frequent concrete pours as building floors, columns and walls are formed and poured.
As the third story is constructed, work will progress from the north to the south.
Coordination continues with other non-UCSF project work on Illinois, 3rd and 16th streets to minimize impacts.

Mayor London N. Breed joined State Senator Scott Wiener to announce legislation to combat fencing, the sale of stolen goods on City streets. Authored by Senator Wiener and sponsored by Mayor Breed, Senate Bill 925 (SB 925) would allow San Francisco to create permitting requirements to regulate the sale of items commonly obtained through retail theft and impose criminal penalties for those who engage in this practice.
