When you submit the application you do need the following documents. 

  • Income verification (ex. most recent check stub)
  • Residence verification (ex. utility bill with current address) 
  • For 5 year olds please provide Birth certificate and proof of 2018-2019 Kindergarten enrollment. (ex. school transcript, pre-k nor TK does not count)

Breed joined State Senator Scott Wiener to announce legislation to combat fencing, the sale of stolen goods on City streets. Authored by Senator Wiener and sponsored by Mayor Breed, Senate Bill 925 (SB 925) would allow San Francisco to create permitting requirements to regulate the sale of items commonly obtained through retail theft and impose criminal penalties for those who engage in this practice.
