This an urgent request for residents in Maxwell Park/ Laurel…Thursday June 20th, 6:30 PM at Miracles of Faith Community Church.  There will be an Emergency Community Meeting to discuss the possible closing of Walgreens Pharmacy located at the corner of High & Redding. Please tell your neighbors, friends, Council Members and Mayor that we need their presence and support to keep the only viable store in our community OPEN. If this store closes the economic hardship will be irreversible for low income, seniors, and neighbors who survive on fixed incomes.
