Hey Family,
Please join our Unity Team of the Human Rights Commission, the Bayview YMCA, Department of Public Health and The Rafiki Wellness Team in Thoughtful Thursdays, a Series of Self-Care Conversations @ Thursdays in May and June from 5 pm - 6 pm.
With Corona virus lock-down, the recent shootings, racial tensions and homicides in our SF communities, and the national traumatizing coverage around George Floyd and Breonna Taylor's murders by police, we have all reached a new level of stress, grief, anger, burnout and anxiety, please join us in a healing space.
We invite you to bring your full selves - mind, body, spirit, and culture - to listen, share, connect and receive tools, for yourself, your family and your community. Please Share and Bring the Community together!
Please Register in advance for this meeting:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

See you Soon!
