The spread of the Coronavirus has forced a seemingly world wide stay at home order and closed down the malls, dine-in restaurants, movie theaters and pretty much any public place were people will likely congregate. So, since we can't meet you in the theaters, this 2020 'Year of the Covid'. We will meet you in your living rooms.

Tender tells the story of three black trans women and their inextricable connections to San Francisco’s often maligned Tenderloin neighborhood; Janetta, Ronjah, and Cookie as very search for housing in a ballooning market that is unaffordable and may leave them homeless. These women take pride in living and working in this pre-Stonewall site of LBGTQ liberation, yet the spaces they hold dear erode as San Francisco’s housing crisis grows out of control.
