Chief Howard Jordan of the Oakland Police Department has resigned, but the people of Oakland cannot. Determined to make a difference in the statistics and sad crime stories, one local playwright has resolved to use his art, and law enforcement experience to alter the upward trending crime statistics by reaching out to youth, organizations and the people of Oakland and the Bay Area.
