The ARACELI Theater Project presents "Life…is 4 Living!," an original play on the complex issue of cancer, directed by Donald E. Lacy, Jr. Performances will run Wednesday, July 15th at SF General Hospital at 5 PM, and Friday and Saturday, July 17 & 18 at 7:30 PM, at Mission Cultural Center in San Francisco. A solid healthy community provides the foundation for successful business. It's important to take care of the community as business is conducted. The present financial crisis exists in part because some business people used the slash and burn model of business, not understanding if the community in which they operate is depleted and nothing is given back, eventually there will be no market from which to gain. Wright Enterprises believe in the "sow as you go" model. Give back to the community and there will always be a harvest.

Former Slave, Abolitionist, Women's Suffrage Advocate Sojourner Truth has been honored with a bust by Artis Lane on Capitol Hill, after a decade long effort by the National Women's Congress. Meanwhile her legacy continues to be acknowledged annually by LaHitz Media during the Cannes International Film Festival and the Pan African Film Festival in Los Angeles.
